Hello, I'm Kevin Ryan
I founded Valley Oak Construction & Development Services to give developers, builders and property owners direct access to senior-level project leadership.
I began my career as an engineer on large-scale commercial projects, which gave me a rigorous technical foundation and close attention to detail. Over more than 25 years, I've led complex developments across the full project lifecycle, from planning and entitlements through design, construction management and final delivery.
My work spans office campuses in Silicon Valley, GMP lab space for life sciences, build-to-suit distribution centers in the Central Valley, and difficult sites that needed remediation and ground improvement before anything could go vertical.

I'm based in Northern California and serve the Bay Area and the northern Central Valley, from Fresno to Redding. Also available for longer range project along the western United States and Hawaii.
